Tell patients about a tariff indexation in advance

At the start of the year the tariffs for your sessions are indexed. The first invoices after that adjustment come out higher than your patients are used to, and that produces questions.

You head those off by announcing the indexation yourself, on the invoice and in the email that carries it. Both texts sit in the practice settings.

Please note: in line with RIZIV circular VI no. 2024/405, a price indexation of 3.34% applies from 1 January. RIZIV/INAMI is the Belgian national health insurance institute, which sets the tariffs.

Update the circular number, the date and the percentage to match the indexation of the current year.
