Set an alert for the end of a reimbursement

Halingo can warn you when a patient's reimbursement (the period approved by their health insurance fund, the ziekenfonds or mutualité) is about to run out. You pick the moment: after a number of sessions, a number of days before the end date, or both.

1. Click patient dossiers in the left-hand menu and open the dossier.

   

2. Open the reimbursement tab.

   

3. Click the icon next to the reimbursement.

   

4. Say after how many sessions you want an alert, or how many days before the end date. Both at once works too.

   

5. Tick the alert.
