Error 502 Bad Gateway

A 502 Bad Gateway blocks your access to Halingo. Here is what the error means and what you can do.

What the error means

A 502 Bad Gateway usually points to a network or server problem. Sometimes the cause sits with the user. It is the server's way of saying that something went wrong.

What you can do

1. Reload the page. Wait a minute, then reload with F5 or Ctrl + F5. If the server is briefly overloaded, Halingo comes back online by itself after a few seconds.
2. Try another browser to rule out the browser as the cause.
3. Report the problem to our helpdesk so we can check the cause and fix the error. You can also write to us at info@halingo.be.
