Freelance Talent Acquisition – Sourcing and Hiring
Core Responsibilities
- Translate project needs into clear job posts and structured screening plans.
- Source, engage, and evaluate candidates using Odoo Recruitment and other platforms.
- Conduct screenings and submit ranked shortlists with rates and ETAs within 48–72 hours.
- Negotiate rates, confirm start dates, and manage onboarding and offboarding through Odoo.
- Maintain accurate trackers, decision logs, and hiring metrics in Odoo.
- Keep an active bench of pre-qualified candidates for rapid replacement or deployment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remote recruitment or freelancer sourcing.
- Excellent written English and concise communication.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency with checklists and rubrics.
- Highly organized and disciplined with deadlines.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly. Experience with Odoo is an advantage but not required.
